Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Promoter: Fevertree Limited, with its registered address at Kildare House, 3 Dorset Rise, London, EC4Y 8EN.
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
3. Promotional Period: Opens 10.02.20 at 00:01am and closes for receipt of entries on 30.06.20 at 11:59pm GMT. Headline prize draw closes on 17.05.20 at 11:59pm GMT.
4. Entry Instructions: To enter the draw purchase any promotional pack of Fever-Tree 8 x 150ml cans (Premium Indian Tonic Water, Refreshingly Light Premium Indian Tonic Water, Refreshingly Light Mediterranean Tonic Water, Refreshingly Light Aromatic Tonic Water, Refreshingly Light Elderflower Tonic Water, Refreshingly Light Clementine Tonic Water,  Cucumber Tonic Water, Refreshingly Light Ginger Ale), participants must then enter the unique reference number found inside promotional packs and complete the online entry form at www.fever-tree.com/wintickets providing their name, address, email address and date of birth. All codes are unique and can only be entered once. Once entered, all codes will be rendered void for further entry attempts. Any attempt to enter a code more than once will disqualify entry and any prize award will be forfeited.
5. Each entrant is responsible for the information provided and, by submitting the entry form, confirms that the information provided is accurate and complete. Any actual or attempted fraud or improper use will automatically lead to the disqualification of the participant, without prior notification being required. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
6. Syndicated entries, 3rd parties and consumer groups entries will be disqualified. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter such as using a computer macro, a script or the use of other automated devices in order to manipulate the entry process is prohibited and may also result in disqualification. Any person using multiple address or identities will be disqualified immediately.
7. No responsibility is taken for entries or claims that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
8. Headline Prizes: There are 20 VIP tennis experiences to be won in total. VIP experiences each consist of: 1 x pair of Centre Court tickets to the Fever-Tree Championships at The Queen’s Club on (5 pairs 15.06.20, 5 pairs 16.06.20, 3 pairs 17.06.20, 2 pairs 18.06.20, 5 pairs 21.06.20), 2 x G&Ts per person at the Championships (non-alcoholic alternatives available) and 1 night stay in a London hotel with a minimum four star rating sharing a double or twin room. Includes breakfast. Both winner and guest must be 18+. Excludes any further associated costs, expenses, charges or taxes incurred by the prize winner which are not included in the prize including but not limited to any travel costs, expenses or charges which may be incurred in connection with the prize. The prize package must be taken as a whole and cannot be redeemed separately. The winner and their guest must stay in the same hotel. 9. Runner-up Prizes: The runner up prize fund consists in total of 200 x Fever-Tree Caps, 100 x Fever-Tree Championship towels, 50 x £20 Crew Clothing Gift Cards, 600 x pairs of Fever-Tree Dartington Crystal Tumblers, 50 x Fever-Tree ‘The Art of Mixing Cocktail’ Books. 1000 prizes in total.
10. Crew Clothing Company gift cards can be redeemed online at crewclothing.co.uk, by phone and at any Crew Clothing Company UK mainland store. On redemption, any balance remaining will not be given as change, but may be applied to future purchases. Crew gift cards should be considered as cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Crew gift cards will expire 15 months from the original date of issue (24.06.19) and any remaining balance will be forfeited. The balance of a Crew gift card can be checked online or in-store. The balance of an existing gift card may also be topped up in-store. Gift cards issued by Crew Clothing Company are non-transferable or negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers. Crew Clothing Company reserve the right to refuse gift cards which we believe have been tampered with, duplicated or otherwise affected by fraud. Please note that unfortunately Crew Clothing will not accept gift cards at warehouse sales or events.
11. Winner Selection: The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The headline prize draw for the 20 x Fever-Tree Championships VIP experiences will take place on 19.05.20 and will be drawn in the order listed below. 

The prize draw for the 1000 runner up prizes will be drawn at random under independent supervision on 02.07.20 and will be drawn in the order listed in these terms.

1. Winner Notification: The headline prize winners will be notified by telephone within 3 calendar days of the headline draw date. If the winner does not meet the criteria set out in these terms and conditions, or if the winner is not traceable or a prize is otherwise not claimed in full within 14 days, or declined, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original. Headline prize winners will receive their tickets on the morning of the relevant allocated tennis match, when they will handed over by a Fever-Tree employee at a time and location notified to headline prize winners in advance. Runner up prize winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the runner up draw date and the prizes will be sent out within 28 days of the runner up draw date. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
2. Participants give their explicit consent that the Promoter has the right to verify all entries and the winners, including but not limited to, their identity and address provided (which they must provide within 7 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. Any false declaration with respect to identity, age or place of residence or any other information required results in the immediate disqualification of the participant.
3. No cash or other alternative prize is available, in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. The winner is not allowed to transfer the right to take up the prize to anyone else, unless they are given permission by the Promoter.
4. The surname and county of the prize winners may be obtained after the promotion ends by emailing wintickets@fever-tree.com within 1 month of the closing date. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting wintickets@fever-tree.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
5. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision is final.
6. The winner’s name and county will be used in publicity, without further recompense.
7. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
8. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
9. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
10. Data protection: Personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and for no other reason, unless you have given us permission otherwise. You acknowledge and agree that we may share your personal data with HRG (UK) Limited who are assisting us in the provision and administration of this promotion, who will only use your information to the extent necessary to perform their function. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
11. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
